Not forgetting their roots, the proprietors at ROV People Ltd have sought to bring offshore  and onshore management experiences to bear on selections and  profiling; placing heavy emphasis on: knowing the personnel, and knowing the client.  Having functioned on both sides of the fence in field operations, operations management, and commercial contracting over the previous 30 years, the ROV People management team has instilled a company-wide ethos that relates to the problems facing both ROV personnel and ROV Management.

An adept ROV operator is one who has mastered his craft; having  furnished himself with the right attitude and skills necessary  to teach and to train others; to contribute efficiently and positively to, and/or to be entrusted with,  the challenge of creating a quality end product safely and reliably, under the most difficult of circumstances.  An adept need not be a Supervisor.  However, he will normally find himself taking on more responsibilities.  His day-rate should be commensurate with his abilities, the circumstances, responsibilities and difficulty level(s) of the tasks undertaken. 

We believe in online training and personnel advancement through proven and accepted competency thresholds.  To this end, all personnel performances are managed and measured against accepted benchmarks on an ongoing and regular basis.
